4. Refund & Replacement Policy

Because our products are premium digital goods (downloadable files, PDF roadmaps, and Excel spreadsheets), they cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense once downloaded. Therefore, all sales are generally considered final.

However, under our Buyer Protection Guarantee, we offer dedicated support and exceptions in the following scenarios:

Corrupted or Defective Files: If a file you download is corrupted, fails to open, or contains critical mathematical errors, we will immediately provide a corrected replacement file or issue a full refund.
Non-Delivery: If you do not receive your download link due to a system error and our support team cannot manually verify and fulfill your order within 48 hours, you are entitled to a full refund.
